After meeting both John Sexton and Scott DiSabato at the 2007 Photoplus Expo in New York, I sit down with them and discuss the introduction of the new T-MAX-400 B&W film. John goes into some detail regarding the films ability and his impressions from use. As more and more digital cameras are introduced, I wanted to find what Kodak's thinking was in introducing a new film and who the possible users are. Sat, 3 November 2007 From a simple and unusual mail order processing house to a major player in the digital imaging marketplace, PhotoWorks has bootstrapped itself into the 21st century.I speak with Lanae Weir about the origins of the company, when they made prints and slides from film they provided (mot Kodak), to today, not only a purveyor of prints from your digital files, but a one-stop web presence where you can get prints from film or digital, purchase books, calendars and gifts, and become involved in various social communities where you can share your pictures and your thoughts. Photoworks is important in the photographic industry due to its history, predating digital photography, and also as it is still thinking of how to add to our overall photographic experiences.
